Connect the button to a counter. You can ask AI for code, but click the button yourself to check the result.

Tasks

  1. Increase the count by 1 when the button is clicked.
  2. Reset the count to 0 when the page is reloaded.
  3. Document how to run it in README.

Pass criteria

  • One click displays 1 and two clicks display 2.
  • Reloading resets the count to 0.
  • The page works without browser errors.

Tool use is not graded. We check index.html, README.md, and local .js files at your submitted commit. Use the supplied starter format and create your own repository.

Submit your finished commit

Enter a public GitHub repository URL and a 40-character commit hash. We check that commit in an isolated environment. Infrastructure failures go to an operator for review.
